1. General Provisions

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the te66 support team immediately. te66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a breach of account security.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
te66 may at any time request relevant documents (national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID) to verify a user's identity. Identity verification may be mandatory before deposit and withdrawal requests are processed.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for making deposits on te66: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The payment account used must be registered in the user's own name and must match the details on the te66 account.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
te66 offers a welcome bonus for new users: a 100% match bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Example 2: ৳32,000 deposit → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not the combined total of deposit and bonus).
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period — any bonus not used before expiry will be cancelled.
- A bonus may only be claimed once unless the offer states otherwise.
- Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
- te66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent claims, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled.
6. Betting, Gaming, and Fair Play
6.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on te66 are considered final once confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled except in the case of a technical error.
6.2 Fair Play Policy

6.3 Technical Issues

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.

- Using computer programs, bots, or automated software to play games or place bets.

- Loss on a game or bet due to internet connection outages, device issues, or third-party service failures.
- Legal consequences of using online gaming in the user's region or country.
- Psychological or financial effects of gaming addiction or financial loss.
